USH is a company founded in 1976.
The factory is located in the heart of Germany, close to major German industrial centers of the Ruhr and has a strong metallurgical experience.
USH uses the self developed High-Speed-Cold-Forging process for the manufacturing of screwdrivers and bits holder.
The bit is givent its shape by means of cold forging. That manufacturing process gives the bits high precision, greater mechanical strenght and a very clean surface condition.
Standard holders are manufactured fully automatically. Firstly, the stainless steel sleeves and the drive sections made from high-grade tool steel are connected.
By applying our cold forging process, a positive high-quality and inseparable connection of both components is achieved. In this working step, the material on the drive side is compacted. This leads to an increase in the strength, which is responsible for the long service life of the magnetic holders. This process guarantees excellent concentricity and longer life time.
